Our CEO
Heather Hiebsch
Chief Executive Officer
For 25 years, I’ve championed public education because I believe it’s the foundation for solving the world’s biggest challenges. When every child has access to a great education, we all benefit.
The research is clear: teacher quality is the #1 factor in student success. Yet teaching is incredibly hard, and in many schools, the support systems teachers need just aren’t there.
What if every child, no matter where they live, had a life-changing teacher? One with the support, skills, and strategies to help every student succeed?
That’s what we’re building at TeachUNITED.
Our People
We’re a purpose-driven team united by a belief in the power of great teaching. We bring diverse experiences and shared values to the table, and we know we’re stronger together. Across time zones and backgrounds, we collaborate with heart and humility to support educators and transform schools.
